Briefs: DSC Logistics makes top 100 list

DES PLAINES -- DSC Logistics, an integrated logistics and supply chain management company, has been selected as an Inbound Logistics "Top 100 Third Party Logistics Provider" for 2007. Inbound Logistics editors trimmed this year's list from more than 400 companies through a comprehensive process of evaluating questionnaires, conducting research, and soliciting reader feedback.

S&D Products moving to Bartlett

SCHAUMBURG -- S&D Products plans to expand its operations with a relocation from Bensenville to Brewster Creek in Bartlett, the design, engineering and construction firm McCaffrey3 of Schaumburg announced Friday. McCaffrey3 has been retained for the project. S&D Products has acquired nine acres and will build a 122,000-square-foot facility, representing a 50 percent expansion from the 70,000-square-foot building it now occupies, according to McCaffrey3. S&D Products is a specialty manufacturer producing hinges and other hardware.
