A GE Profile microwave, dishwasher and cooktop were all reported stolen July 9 from an unsecured residence near 12600 Carmel that was under construction. The items were valued at $1,123.
wo lawn trimmers valued at $250 each were reported stolen July 9 from Huntley High School. Both were taken during the daytime while the lawn was being mowed.
Two, 30-pound LP propane tanks were reported stolen July 10 from the area of 11400 Smith Drive
Burglary to a motor vehicle occurred near 11600 Wildrose Drive. Reported stolen July 11 were a handicapped placard, cell phone and cell phone charger.

Nicholas S. Hanson, 19, 8912 Seeman Road, Union, was arrested Sunday on charges of driving with a suspended driver's license, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and aggravated battery, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County corrections to await bond call.
