Scallion butter
1 cup softened butter
1/3 cup minced scallions
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Blend all the ingredients together; pipe, shape, or store as desired in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or the freezer for up to 3 weeks.Makes 1 cup.
