Orange Dream Sicles
1 vanilla bean7 ounces sugar6.5 ounces sparkling water17 ounces fresh orange juice2 ounces heavy creamIn a medium bowl, rub sugar with the vanilla bean to flavor the sugar.Add water, orange juice and cream and stir to combine.
