Traveling Wildlife Program at Woodland Primary on May 24

Gages Lake - Woodland Primary School will welcome Wildlife Discovery Center of Lake Forest on May 24. The center will present their Zoo-to-You traveling wildlife program to all Early Childhood and Woodland Early Learning Experience (WELE) students. Presentations will be held at the following times: 9:50 a.m., 10:25 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:05 p.m., and 2:40 p.m. at the school, 17366 W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake.

Wildlife Discovery Center is a gold medal award-winning agency, a member of Chicago Wilderness, and is described as a living natural history museum. They are regularly featured on "Animal Planet," "National Geographic," and "WGN Morning Show." Students will learn about animals while having the opportunity to meet a variety of live animals up close.

This presentation is funded by the Woodland School District 50 Parent Teacher Association.
