Register for Healthy Holiday Cooking Class at Rosary Nov. 11

Learn to prepare healthy holiday dishes at a cooking class from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Rosary High School in Aurora.

The class, hosted by Rosary's Parents Auxiliary, will be taught by Rosary graduate Kristin Streit Gayman (Class of 1986) of My Whole Kitchen in Batavia.

Participants will prepare stuffed acorn squash, roasted Brussel sprouts, butternut squash soup, salad with dressings, and a healthy fall dessert.

They will learn how to prepare healthy, easy and tasty meals; and ways to substitute products in a recipe for a healthier version. They will sample the prepared meals and receive recipes to take home.
