Wayside Cross Ministries to host open house for new facility July 24-25

In the planning stages for over four years, under construction for 22 months and now it is ready! Aurora-based Wayside Cross Ministries invites the public to an open house from noon to 4 p.m. Friday, July 24, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday July 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for its new 47,000-square-foot, four-story facility at 215 E. New York St., Aurora.

James Lukose, executive director, notes "On behalf of the entire WCM staff, volunteers and board of directors, I am deeply and humbly grateful to everyone who helped make this new ministry home possible. I hope you will choose to experience this blessing of God personally when you join us for our open house on July 24-25. Please come celebrate with us during this important and joyous time in our history - and our future."

The new building contains the general offices, the men's ministry, classrooms, counseling offices, kitchen facilities, and dining hall. The living quarters are designed to serve the Master's Touch Ministry for men enrolled in 7- to 18-month programs.
