East Dundee celebrates grand opening of Pasquale's Restaurant

Pasquale's in East Dundee will be celebrating its grand opening on Monday, Dec. 1.

Village officials and business leaders will be attending a ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce, at 4:30 p.m. at their newest location, 102 N. River St., East Dundee.

The menu includes traditional hand-tossed pizzas, Italian sandwiches, subs and salads. Pasquale's specialty pizzas include a hand-tossed "Gorgonzola Pear" finished with balsamic glazed baby arugula; "The Goat" is a mushroom, spinach, and goat cheese delight, and another favorite is the "BBQ Chicken" with smoked Gouda, red onion and fresh cilantro. While serving crowd-favorite Italian subs, Pasquale's will offer their unique blend of flavors in the "The Tony V," an authentic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and eggplant, chicken or meatball Parmesan sandwiches. Their salad offerings will include a spinach salad with a cranberry vinaigrette.

"We needed a good pizza place in our downtown business district and Pasquale's will provide the area residents not only pizza, but some great subs and salads to go with it," remarked Lael Miller, Village President.

All are welcome to the grand opening on Monday evening, Dec. 1. Find Pasquale's Pizzeria & Delicatessen on Facebook.
