Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital Welcomes Family Physician to Advocate Medical Group Algonquin
Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is pleased to welcome family physician Chung Rim, MD to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. Dr. Rim will be seeing patients at the Advocate Medical Group practice located at 2284 County Line Road, Algonquin, Illinois 60201.
Dr. Rim studied medicine at Faculdade de Medicina Funcacao do ABC University in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He completed an internship at St Andrew Municipal Hospital in Brazil and a surgical residency at University of Campinas, Campinas in Brazil and St Mary of the Nazareth in Chicago. Dr. Rim is fluent in English, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Rim is board certified in family medicine and is now accepting patients.
Dr. Rim's philosophy of care is: "I enjoy the interaction I have with patients and their families as well as educating them on their health care choices."
Dr. Rim is joining Dr. Rodrigo Bastidas and Dr. J. Onwuta in the Advocate Medical Group Algonquin office. Dr. Bastidas, a Family Medicine physician, is also fluent in Spanish. In addition to his Algonquin office, Dr. Bastidas sees patients in Barrington. Dr. J. Onwuta is an Interventional Pain Specialist with offices in Algonquin and Barrington. He performs interventional procedures at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.
