Compete in the Schaumburg Park District's Holiday House Decorating Contest

Schaumburg Park District residents are invited to decorate their homes to be the best and brightest and showcase them in the annual Holiday House Decorating Contest.

The first 10 houses entered will be judged on originality, arrangement, theme and overall design. Judging will take place the evenings of Dec. 5 and 9 during the Holiday House Decorating Tour. Winning entrants will be listed on the District's cable channel and featured on www.parkfun.com. Winning entries will be notified Dec. 10.

The contest is free. Houses must be within Schaumburg Park District boundaries. Entry forms are available at www.parkfun.com and in the District's winter program guide. Forms must be submitted by 9 p.m., Dec. 2 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.
