Lions Club is hosting fundraisers for holiday food / toy basket project

South Elgin Lions Club is hosting a fundraiser for our annual Christmas food and toy baskets. We consider the programs and contributions to be highly important. Some of our fellow neighbors, friends, and co-workers are faced with financial troubles throughout the year and more so over the holiday season. In the past few years we have average approximately 200 families requesting assistance from our Club and it remains our goal to continue to be able to provide food, coats, and toys to the local families that need our help. This year the goal is to raise more money, collect more food in order to serve the members of our community.

This could not be possible without the help from Wise Guys Pizzeria in South Elgin. Cost is $10.00 per person, kids 12 years old and under eat free. Includes all you can eat buffet style dinner, (dine in or carry out same price), spaghetti, garlic bread, & salad. Wise Guys Pizzeria is splitting the proceeds 50/50 with the Lions Club, which is going towards the Christmas food and toy baskets.
