Hanover Twp. to host health fair Sept. 19
Hanover Township, Cook County Commissioner Timothy Schneider and Victory Centre of Bartlett will sponsor the sixth annual “Just for the Health of It” community health and wellness expo from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Hanover Township Senior Center, 240 S. Route 59, Bartlett. The event is free and open to the public.
Residents will be able to take advantage of health screenings for bone density, veins, vision and more. Raffles, chair massages, adjustments to eye glasses and kids activities will be offered as well. Last year, more than 1,000 people attended the expo.
