"Connection of Friends Organizes Christmas in July Food Drive Benefiting PRC"

Connection of Friends, Hope Presbyterian and Southminister Presbyterian Churches have organized a Christmas in July Food Drive benefiting the People's Resource Center located in Wheaton. PRC currently serves more than 31,000 residents in DuPage County and donations, especially during the summer months, are greatly in need.

For those interested in donating food and other essentials, Connection of Friends will be open on the following days to accept donations:

Opened in the fall of 2012, Connection of Friends provides a place for special need participants, ages 16 and older, to engage in social, life skill, volunteer and recreational activities on a daily basis and on Saturday evenings. Located in Wheaton, our primary purpose is for participants to engage in meaningful ways within the community and create lasting relationships.
