Lionize Training Center celebrates grand opening June 29

A No Machine Approach to Fitness Designed to Build Inner and Outer Strength

A new fitness center delivers more than just a workout for your family

Arlington Heights, IL (June 2013) -- Lionize Training Center is celebrating its Grand Opening on Saturday, June 29th from 1-4 p.m. Lionize offers a unique and robust range of fitness training lessons for adults and kids that employ no machines. Different than a traditional health club, the focus at Lionize is to use your own body strength to build endurance and promote physical transformation while building self-confidence.

Lionize is a family-friendly center catering to men, women and children over the age of 4 who are interested in Cardio Fitness (no machines), Total Body Conditioning, Endurance Cross Training, Wrestling, Kick Boxing or Brazilian-021 Jiu Jitsu. Lionize offers both private and class-structured formats. The instructors at Lionize are experienced, diversely certified individuals passionate about delivering programs tailored to participants' health and fitness goals.

Lionize has brought together uniquely qualified and dynamic individuals to create an atmosphere of support for building and mastering new skills while helping “students” evolve physically. According to Mike Nagy, “Our objective at Lionize is to promote health, well-being, self-confidence and mental toughness in a safe, encouraging and inspirational environment. We believe this helps properly prepare students of all ages for life's challenges.”

During the grand opening, all classes listed on the Lionize website, www.lionizetraining.com, will be available to be sampled by visitors at NO cost. (See web page for details and restrictions.)

“This is a modern facility that focuses on up-to-date, individual training that does not involve machines or competitive matches,” says co-owner Mike Nagy. Nagy's business partner, Johan Haglund, further adds, “We are fortunate to have an elite staff of 10 instructors including Hannette Staack, 8-time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion and Keith Gordon who is E-XT Endurance Cross Training certified. Haglund emphasizes, “These talented individuals will give our customers real rewards for the time invested in their physical development classes.” Nagy and Haglund both are long-time area residents, and are pleased to bring their unique fitness vision to the local community.

Additionally, the Grand Opening will host vendors such as Muscle Max, Usana Health Sciences and Muscle Maker Grill will be providing nutrition information and samples including vitamins, supplements and healthy food choices. Hawkeye Chiropractic will offer complimentary body fat analysis and measurements to inspire you. Hourly raffles will include prizes like a free month of Boot Camp, Kids Kickboxing, Kids Wrestling, and Personal Training.

The Lionize Training Center facility is conveniently located at 516 W. Campus Drive, Unit B, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Lionize is also offering one, free trial class to first time visitors.
