Hanover Twp. to hold ceremony for new senior park
Hanover Township will hold an opening ceremony at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, for the Runzel Reserve Senior Park at the Hanover Township Senior Center, 240 S. Route 59, Bartlett. The park, about three quarters of an acre, features a gazebo, butterfly garden and senior planting boxes. The late Mary Ellen “Mel” Runzel served as a Hanover Township trustee and Welfare Services director. Hanover Township officials and staff will speak during the ceremony.
