"The series features some past favorites and a few that are a bit out of the ordinary which makes watching fun for everyone," said Pam Gauper, party coordinator for the District. "The variety of performers will keep the audience coming back each week."

The summer season will kick off with Cold Blooded Creatures presented by Jim Nesci, who will give children a close-up look at reptiles, on June 12. ScribbleMonster will provide music and entertainment inspiring children to draw outside the lines on June 19. Little Miss Ann will perform upbeat folk rock for kids June 26. Chris Fascione will juggle funny stories on July 3. The event series will conclude July 10 with Jeanie B! who will provide award-winning kid's music for all ages.

Entertainment is subject to change. In the case of inclement weather, entertainment will be moved inside the Community Recreation Center.

Participants should bring a picnic blanket and lunch. Food also will be available for an additional fee. Groups and camps are welcome.
