Get your life in motion with the Schaumburg Park District's Fit Quest. The eight-week fitness program will begin March 25 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.
Participants will start with a fitness assessment to determine their baseline then a trainer will design a program specifically suited for their fitness needs. Trainers will meet with participants one day per week for weighing and measurement. Throughout the program, there will be several sessions designed to motivate participants toward health and wellness goals.
Participants have the opportunity to attend daily Fitness Unlimited and Club 55 classes for free until May 13.
Registration required by March 24. Registration is available online at parkfun.com and District registration facilities. Cost is $180 for residents and $200 for non-residents.
