Cary-Grove 57, Woodstock North 47: Dean Lee had 15 points and Jason Gregoire added 14 to lead the Trojans (12-14) to a Fox Valley Conference crossover victory. Tyler Szyldo added 12 points for Cary-Grove.

CL South 56, Grayslake North 52: Austin Rogers had 23 points and Nick Geske added 11 to lead the Gators to an FVC crossover win. Max Meitzler added 10 points for Crystal Lake South.
