Kindergarten preregistration at the three elementary schools in Wauconda Unit District 118 is set for Wednesday, March 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Students must be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2013 and live within the district boundaries to be eligible to preregister. Parents will be asked to complete the necessary paperwork to enroll their child and to bring the following documents: two pieces of proof of residency and the child's state-issued birth certificate. Registration packets may be picked-up in advance at the school offices beginning March 4 or downloaded from www.d118.org.
