• A resident of the 42W900 block of Empire Road near St. Charles reported Thursday that a letter from a "National Lottery" was received informing the resident of winning $153,750, but that a $2,620 "processing fee" was needed, according to a sheriff's report. The resident reported the letter to authorities and no money was sent.
• Four packs of cigarettes were stolen from the Circle K/Shell station at 164 S. Randall Road, it was reported to police at 7:28 p.m. Saturday, police said.
• Robert H. Rivers-Teague, 22, of the 2200 block of West Dugdale Road in Waukegan, was charged with trespassing at 4:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of E. Wilson Street, according to a police report.
• Aramis J. Somerville, 20, of the 1200 block of East Wilson Street, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:07 p.m. Oct. 18 at Burger King, 107 N. Batavia Ave., according to a police report.
