New director joins Chiro One Wellness Center of South Barrington
Chiro One Wellness Centers is proud to welcome Dr. Karl Forgeron, D.C. to the Chiro One Wellness Center of South Barrington team. Recently appointed as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One of South Barrington, Forgeron is excited to share the healing power of chiropractic with the Northwestern Suburban community and looks forward to educating and serving individuals and families on discovering their full health potential. Dr. Karl Forgeron, D.C. was born in Chicago and raised in Streamwood, IL. A South Barrington Chiropractor, Forgeron pursued his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL where he studied Pre-Dentistry and Biology. He later obtained his Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Degree in Human Biology as well as his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from National University of Health Sciences and he has continued Postgraduate Studies in the Chiropractic Orthopedics Diplomate Program.
Forgeron holds a passion for Chiropractic Orthopedics, Rehabilitation, Nutrition, and Chiropractic Biophysics and he has received Appreciation Awards from the Student American Chiropractic Association as well from the Streamwood Chamber of Commerce.
Forgeron is a Chicago sports fan who enjoys a variety of hobbies including: music therapy, guitar, reading, writing, golfing, photography, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Karl Forgeron, D.C. became a Chiropractor to help educate and serve as many people as possible about the philosophy of Chiropractic and it's all natural approach to allowing the body to heal itself; and to provide safe, effective and affordable chiropractic wellness care so that all his patients discover their full potential and a lifetime of health and happiness.
A pioneering South Barrington Chiropractor, Forgeron was one of the first Chiropractors in the country to serve as a Primary Care Chiropractic Physician on Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO of Illinois' panel. He was also one of the first Chiropractors to be on staff at a premier orthopedic group in Chicago's northwest suburbs. From these experiences, Forgeron has learned that “sickness care” in America is NOT the wave of the future. Forgeron believes that Chiro One Wellness Centers has the absolute best wellness care model for chiropractic care in the marketplace.
Forgeron lives by the credo, “If there is no struggle, there is no progress,” quoting Frederick Douglas and his charitable efforts include support of Multiple Food for the Needy Drives and Hands of Hope Ministry.
