The Arlington Heights Park District board approved the purchase of three new trucks Tuesday. The trucks, all 2012 Ford Super Dutys, will replace three trucks in the current fleet to be sold at a later date. The trucks were purchased for $87,698, but additional costs for outfitting them with plows and lift gates are still to come. All together, the total outlay for the trucks is expected to be $117,498.
