To assist local families who are struggling with mortgage payments and possible foreclosure, state Rep. Fred Crespo, a Hoffman Estates Democrat, is hosting a foreclosure seminar with the Attorney General’s Office at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, at the Park Place Family Recreation Center, 550 South Park Blvd. in Streamwood. This free event allows local residents who are struggling to pay their mortgages, seeking loan modifications or needing clarification on legal statements relating to their mortgage to speak with representatives from Bank of America, Chase Bank and the Attorney General’s Office. There will be brief presentations and officials will answer questions. For information, call (630) 372-3340.
