Trivia fundraiser to raise money for District 301 programs

The 301 Central Education Foundation presents its annual fundraiser, “Trivia with a Twist — It’s Jimmy Buffet style!” at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Holiday Inn, 495 Airport Road in Elgin.

The doors open at 6 p.m., with the game beginning at 7 p.m. Cost is $50 per person for cheeseburgers and more, as well as free beer and wine.

The game has four rounds of play. Register your table of 8 or register to play as in individual or couple and they will seat you.

The 301 Central Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships, innovative grants, and plans to continue to fund the Richard Perry Project for technology initiatives, as well as other Central Unit District 301 programs.

There will be prizes for first place as well as Best Table Theme.
