East Dundee home receives special recognition in 2023 Chicago's Finest Painted Ladies Competition

The "Chicago's Finest Painted Ladies & Her Court" competition, sponsored by the Chicago Paint & Coatings Association in Bloomindale, is pleased to announce those homes recognized for the 2023 competition.

This popular project, now in its 38th year, honored a home at 403 Hill Ave. in East Dundee, owned by Francisco Villa.

It was recognized as the "Best Professionally Painted Home." Painting contractor was Josh Martin.

The competition is a reflection of the growing number of owners who are using paint and coatings to enhance the curb appeal of their homes.

According to the Chicago Paint & Coatings Association's judging committee: "Based on the wide range of beautiful entries, it underscores the fact that the beauty and craftsmanship of the paint application, and how well it complements the structure of the building is essential to being recognized for their efforts."
