Hines VA Hospital to host Nursing Job Fair June 10

Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital will host a nursing employment fair on Saturday, June 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will be held in the Building 9 Auditorium at Hines VA's main medical campus - 5000 S. 5th Ave., Hines, IL 60141.

Federal employment positions are available throughout the hospital and six outpatient clinics. Each quarter, Hines VA Hospital will place special emphasis on key vacant positions, although applicants are encouraged to reach out about other vacancies. This quarter's special emphasis is for:

• Registered Nurses

• Licensed Practical Nurses

Hines VA representatives will be available to answer questions. Applications will be accepted, and on-the-spot interviews may be offered for select positions.

Applicants must bring a current resume and two references. Applying Veterans must provide a Schedule-A Letter, DD-214 and Service-Connected Disability Letter, if applicable.
