Aurora church opens outdoor summer worship series
New England Congregational Church, 406 W. Galena Blvd. in Aurora, will continue its monthly outdoor Sunday worship on Sunday, July 2.
Outdoor services began on June 4 in green space near the church playground.
The public is invited. Admission and parking are free. Attendees should bring lawn chairs or blankets.
The Rev. Dr. Brandon Perrine, senior minister, will preach.
In addition to the sermon, the services feature communion, special music and a children's lesson.
The next outdoor services will be Aug. 6 and Sept. 3.
