Ela Township Republicans Initial Adopt A Highway Cleanup in Deer Park

The Ela Township Republicans group had their initial Adopt-A-Highway roadside cleanup on Saturday, May 6th, 2023. Our section of road goes from Deerpath road to US 12. The weather started out with a light rain, but then cleared up so that we could complete our cleanup and pickup 3 large bags of garbage. A job well done and thanks to all who helped. The next cleanup will be sometime this fall. We were welcomed by the Village President of Deer Park, Greg Rusteberg, and he thanked us for our efforts to keep the community clean.
