Hanover Park health fair set for Saturday

Hanover Park Mayor Rod Craig's Kids at Hope Coalition will present the Hanover Park Health & Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Hanover Park Park District, 1919 Walnut Ave.

The event will feature more than 50 vendors, free giveaways, vision tests courtesy of The Lions Club, child car seat installations, face painting, a Touch-A-Truck display, health screenings, games and activities.

A free raffle will award pool passes to Seafari Springs, Schaumburg Boomers tickets and other prizes.

There will be performances by Hanover Park Park District dancers, a tae kwon do demonstration, the ARTSiE & Keeneyville Literacy through the Arts program, and the Spring Wood Middle School Symphonic Band.
