Ela Library's Peep-a-palooza Brings in the Votes

From a Peep salon to Camp Peep, Ela Area Public Library's annual Peep-a-palooza contest drew almost 50 unique-themed entries this year. Seven winners were awarded with Peep-themed prizes after a week-long vote from the community.

"The event is always very popular," said Children's Department Head Natalie Ziarnik.

The month-long contest has been an annual program for several years and challenges participants to create an original Peep diorama on any theme using Peeps supplied by the library. Ziarnik says all entries are displayed in the library for one week with residents voting for their top favorites.

It's always a treat to see how creative the entries are year after year," said Ziarnik.
