Local Favorites Open Up For Legendary Chubby Checker At Des Plains Theater

Local favorites, Mike and Traci, of the Good Clean Fun Band, will be opening the show for Chubby Checker at the Des Plaines Theatre at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 2.

Chubby Checker gained worldwide fame for his hits like "The Twist," "Let's Twist Again." "Pony Time." "Limbo Rock" and more. A twist contest will be held during the show, and will be judges by Chubby Checker. The winner will receive $250, along with VIP tickets for an upcoming Onesti entertainment production.
