Kiwanis Club's Signature Project makes donation for St. Charles parks

On Tuesday, Sept. 27, the St. Charles Kiwanis Club presented the St. Charles Park District with a $10,000 donation to be used for a water table, encouraging inclusive play, in Kehoe Park, off Prairie Street.

The donation is part of the St. Charles Kiwanis Club's Signature Project which was developed five years ago to enhance accessibility and inclusivity in St. Charles parks.

The St. Charles Kiwanis Club, celebrating 75 years of service to the community, meets at noon every Tuesday at the Baker Memorial United Methodist Church, 307 Cedar Ave. in St. Charles.

New members are always welcome.
