Fox Valley Mall to host Dinosaur Show Aug. 6 benefiting Highland Park victims

Fox Valley Mall is hosting five family-friendly Dinosaur Shows on Saturday, Aug. 6, starting at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m.

Each 30-minute Dinosaur Show includes a Raptor Show, a "Meat and Greet" with baby raptor "Little Nudge," and a visit from mama raptor "Violet."

These life-like animatronic dinosaurs are a must-see live experience for audiences of all ages. Dino handlers will educate attendees about these amazing creatures while encouraging audience participation.

Photo opportunities with the dinosaurs and a Q&A session are part of the experience.

Tickets also include a dinosaur drawstring activity backpack (one per child, while supplies last), individual popcorn, face painting, and balloon twisting.

Each ticket is $8. One-half of the event's ticket proceeds will be donated to the Highland Park Shooting Response Fund, established by the Highland Park Community Foundation to help victims and survivors directly impacted by the mass shooting in Highland Park.
