Arlington Heights physician re-elected trustee, Illinois State Medical Society

Amy J. Derick M.D., was re-elected as trustee-at-large of the Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS) during its recent Annual Meeting.

Dr. Derick is board-certified in dermatology. She is founder, owner and chief executive officer of Derick Dermatology. She is also a clinical instructor of dermatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an academic associate member at the University of Chicago Section of Dermatology, Biological Sciences Division, Pritzker School of Medicine.

Active with ISMS since 2012, Dr. Derick earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago and also completed her residency there. Dr. Derick recently completed service as Chair of the Illinois Medical Disciplinary Board and serves in leadership for the Federation of State Medical Boards.

Dr. Derick's term as ISMS trustee-at-large will run through April 2024.

Illinois physicians in all medical specialties, and their patients, statewide.
