Naperville's 203 InFocus to host 3 sessions on student mental health

Jacqueline Rhew, co-founder of the Center for Emotional Wellness of the Northwest Suburbs, is returning to lead three more 203 InFocus virtual sessions on "Supporting Our Students' Mental Health During a Pandemic."

The next session will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 9, and is titled "Understanding and Responding to Stress and Anxiety: Signs, Symptoms and Interventions."

It will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, on Zoom.

The next program will be Wednesday, April 20, on "Purposeful Parenting: Creating a Home Environment that fosters healthy behaviors and boundaries." On Thursday, May 12, it will be "Better Conversations: Building Relationships & Supporting Resiliency with your Child."
