'Little Park of Horrors!' returns to Elgin's Wing Park for second year

In a dark, strange wood, something stirs …

What little nightmares might be lurking in the darkness? Perhaps you'll find yourself in the company of skeletons, or swept up in the spiders' lair.

You may even spot a certain dancing clown …

Join the City of Elgin's second annual "Little Park of Horrors!" from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays to Sundays, Oct. 21-31, at Wing Park, 1010 Wing St. Enter off McClure Avenue only.

Cost is $10 per vehicle. Ticket reservations are required.

The haunted drive-through event features spooky props with lighting and audio effects.

Attendees are guaranteed to experience horrifying ghoulish actors and atmospherics. Due to the spooky nature, this event is rated PG-13.

"Little Park of Horrors III" is only to vehicle traffic only.

Tickets are required for entry at cityofelgin.org/littleparkofhorrors. No cash will be accepted at the gate.

The gates will close promptly at 9 p.m.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. A ticket is good for a standard car, van, truck or motorcycle.
