Free Youth Fishing Derby Sept. 25 in Zion
Join the Zion Park District for a free, family-friendly Youth Fishing Derby from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25 at Shiloh Park, Zion.
Enjoy a day of fishing with family, food, prizes, raffles, and more. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources and Zion Park District welcomes all ages and skill levels.
Fishing poles will be made available to those in need, and prizes will be awarded to youth by age group, with all youth participants having an opportunity to win raffle prizes.
Additionally, the Lake County Health Department will be on-site with COVID-19 vaccines for ages 12 years and above.
