Jingles the reindeer is encouraging families to get out this holiday season to enjoy the sights and sounds of the holidays with decorated houses throughout Lombard.
The Lombard Park District has 18 houses entered. They are now asking the community to be the judge.
Through Sunday, Dec. 20, the park district is encouraging families to hop in their cars and visit the decorated houses.
Along the route, see if you can spot Jingles the reindeer as local businesses and organizations such as the Village of Lombard, Maple Street Church, Lombard Historical Society, Aspiration Dance and more have decorated him for the holidays.
A Holiday Lights Map is available at lombardparks.com/project/jingles/.
The community will vote on decorated houses and the winning houses will receive a prize! Winners will be announced on Dec. 22.

"We can't wait to bring something fun and different to Lombard," said Katie Manheim, Lombard Park District program manager. "We really hope this motivates families to get out in a socially distanced way and see all the hard work others have put in to make their houses festive for the holidays!"
