Best Picture Books of the Year with Miss Katie:

 

Discover the best picture books of 2020 at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2 on Facebook Live at www.bit.ly/gbplFBLV. The library's Early Literacy Services Manager Miss Katie will present this lively book talk that will give you ideas for holiday gift giving to help you find the perfect book for the little one in your life. The book talk will be available on Facebook to watch after the live program.

Festival of Lights -- Hanukkah Stories, Traditions and Treats

Families are invited to learn about the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah through stories, sharing of traditions and the dreidel game at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6. Please register at gailborden.info/register.

Tinsel Time:

Families with babies and toddlers can celebrate the holiday season by singing and dancing with Mr. Jon. This award-winning musician has been featured in many of our storytimes. Don't miss this virtual event at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 10 at www.bit.ly/gbplFBLV. The performance will be available on Facebook for a limited time after the live event.

Snow Much Fun Storytime:

Snowflakes, reindeer and jingle bells! Read cozy stories, sing songs and celebrate all things winter at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15 at www.bit.ly/gbplFBLV. The storytime will be available on Facebook for a limited time after the live event.

Family Trivia -- Holiday Movies Edition:

Work together as a family to see how much you know about holiday movies when you participate in this live trivia event at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17. It's easy -- just click on crowd.live/P8SPC at 6:55 p.m. to play.

Happy Noon Year Party:
