Local chamber and villages to host Restaurant Rally Sept. 21-Oct. 5

It's time to rally around local restaurants with friends and family and earn a chance to win a gift card to enjoy favorite foods. Show support and help boost business and discover a wide-range of new flavors in nearby communities.

The Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the villages of East Dundee, West Dundee and Carpentersville and sponsor Northwestern Medicine, is hosting a "Restaurant Rally" promotion with local restaurants from Sept. 21 through Oct. 5.

"We are grateful with this initiative to help our community restaurants who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic," said Melissa Hernandez, president, Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce. "With the start of the fall season, this is one small way we can all support our community together and enjoy the best tastes of what each restaurant has to offer."

It's easy to participate! Eat at participating restaurants and submit your receipt to the Northern Kane County Chamber to earn a chance in a drawing for a free restaurant gift card from participating restaurants.

All participating restaurants look forward to welcoming you during the "Restaurant Rally."

Enjoy favorite foods and beverages from delicious breakfast choices, salads, burgers, seafood and pizza to fresh donuts, desserts, and much more.

Participating restaurants include: Alexander's Cafe, Aliano's, Bamboozels Bar and Grill, Bleuroot, Chubby Bullfrog Bar and Grill, Chum's Shrimp Shack, Craft Donuts and Coffee, Diamond Jim's Tavern and Gas Grill, Emmett's Tavern and Brewing Co., Mockingbird Bar and Garden, Nonni's Italian Kitchen and Cafe, River Street Tavern, Rosie O'Hares, Southern Belle's Pancake House and Restaurant, Spotted Fox Ale House, The Uncommon Palate, Village Squire, and Woodfire.

Restaurants all follow current COVID-10 guidelines as determined by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

To enter the drawing, you must show proof of purchase made at participating restaurants within the time frame of the "Restaurant Rally" from Sept. 21-Oct. 5 .

Only participating restaurants are eligible and proof of purchase is required in order to be counted in the drawing.

Valid restaurant receipts must be received at the Northern Kane County Chamber office no later than Oct. 16. Drawing will be held on Oct. 23.
