East Leyden students honored at Exceptional Eagle Breakfast

East Leyden High School students were honored at the February Exceptional Eagle Breakfast held at the school in Franklin Park.

The monthly breakfast recognizes students for their extraordinary effort, special achievements, and academic excellence.

Parents and nominating teachers also are invited to attend.

The students and the departments they represent are: Art, Marlene Mendoza; Business Education, Mason Perri; English, Nayeli Guadalupe Gutierrez; English Language Learners, Aleksandra Mieszkowicz; Family and Consumer Science, Heriberto Fuentes; Individual Achievement, Sebastian Worwa; Industrial Technology, Nico DeBellis; Literacy, Sergio Raigoza; Math, Mileicy Santiago-Rolon; Math, Justin Olsen; Modern Languages, Gabriella Salud; Music, Kamila Obrzut; Physical Education, Yiannis Giannakopoulos; Science, Lesley Martinez; Social Studies, Flip Klich; TAPESTRY, Jason Contreras; and Learning Center, Derian Crespo.
