On Feb. 16, Aurora Police Officer Adam Miller was honored as the day's "Hometown Hero" prior to puck drop at the Chicago Wolves game against the Cleveland Monsters.

Miller was the first officer on the scene of the Feb. 15, 2019, shooting at Henry Pratt Co. in Aurora. Despite being injured by gunfire, he continued on the scene until assistance arrived. He recently recovered and returned to full duty.
