The COLOVOS | SOUPOS Group @RE/MAX Destiny represented the owner of a 74,844-square-feet industrial building on 3.49 acres located at 776 N. Oaklawn Ave in Elmhurst.
Vickie C. Soupos represented the original owners, Fast Heat Inc.
The asset received multiple offers and sold for $5,400,000 or 97% of asking price.
The buyer was represented by Joe Bronson of NAI Hiffman.
