ZCMS NJHS Visits Feed My Starving Children

Fourteen National Junior Honor Society members and four Zion Central Middle School staff members helped package meals at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) this past week! Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food to people in developing nations. The staff at FMSC said our session's food packages were being shipped all the way to Haiti. Each volunteer manned a station as part of a packaging team, and in total the group packed 43 boxes of 9,288 meals. This will help to feed 25 kids for a whole year.
