Logical Position was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Matthew Frazee and Stanford Scriven.

Logical Position will occupy the entire seventh floor, totaling nearly 43,000 of the building's 351,425 square feet.

"This move will allow us to help more companies grow through our digital marketing services and create more jobs for local residents," said Chris Vale, vice president of SEO and website development and Chicago general manager at LP. "We have a lot to be thankful for and are looking forward to many more years of growth here."

The agency and its employees will enjoy The Reserve at Deer Park's 58-acre, nature-rich setting with walking trails, ponds and wildlife. Additionally, the building offers desirable onsite amenities including ample parking, a café with lounge, a fitness center, outdoor volleyball courts, conference rooms and a training facility. "The Reserve at Deer Park offers an incredible opportunity for growing companies like Logical Position," said Benoy. "It's a natural fit for companies aspiring to give their employees a live-work-play environment. We're thrilled to welcome them to our outstanding property."
