Chicago Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, S.C. Joins Illinois Bone & Joint Institute

DES PLAINES, Ill., January 3, 2020 - Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI), one of the largest independent, physician-owned orthopedic practices in the United States, is happy to announce today that Chicago Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, S.C. (COSM) will be joining our practice as of January 1st, 2020. COSM has a physician office and physical therapy located at 3000 N. Halsted St., Suite 525, Chicago, IL 60657 and an additional physician office located at 331 W. Surf St., Suite 6400, Chicago, IL 60657.

Through our joined efforts, COSM patients will benefit from the expanded resources and expertise provided through IBJI's large network of physicians, rehabilitation, and imaging services.
