Gurnee Police Officer and Police Civilian of the Year Recognized

Police Officer Patrick Murray was named 2019 Gurnee Police Officer of the Year and Records Assistant Juliann Lambrecht was named Police Civilian of the Year by the Gurnee Police Department. Police Chief Brian Smith presented them with plaques at the One Nation Under God breakfast, hosted by the Exchange Club of Gurnee, on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Both were chosen from nominations submitted by their colleagues.

Exchange is a service organization focused on Americanism, youth programs, community service and prevention of child abuse.
