Bethlehem Lutheran to host annual Dickens luncheon, craft show Dec. 7

On Saturday, Dec. 7, the Women's Guild of Bethlehem Lutheran Church will sponsor their annual Dickens' Soup, Salad and Sandwich Luncheon from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church fellowship hall, 401 W. Main St., just across the street from Grafelman Park in West Dundee. Enjoy lunch after the Dickens in Dundee Christmas Parade. Proceeds are donated to the FISH Food Pantry in Carpentersville.

The annual Dickens' Bake Sale helps fund the food for the luncheon. Stop by the sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A Craft Boutique, sponsored by the Bethlehem Sewing Circle, also will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering for items created by members of the church.

Also on Saturday, Bethlehem will host the annual "Dickens of a Christmas Sale," sponsored by the Dundee Township Historical Society. This sale, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., is limited to Christmas decorations and Christmas items. This is the ninth year this special sale has been held at Bethlehem.
