Collect keepsake ornaments as part of Batavia's Shop Local campaign Nov. 30

When small businesses succeed, so does the community. Each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, shoppers, business owners, and organizations come together to "Shop Small" and share the places they love with the people they love.

Join the national movement right here in Batavia this Nov. 30 by shopping small and sharing your favorite places!

Shop and spend at least $10 at participating businesses on Small Business Saturday to collect custom-made keepsake ornaments.

Once shoppers collect 10 or more keepsake ornaments made by Downtown Batavia's own Isette (Jennifer Putzier) and 715 Vintage (Kristen), shoppers can stop by Batavia MainStreet at 5 E. Wilson St. to pick up a Downtown Batavia Tabletop Tree (created by local artisan Suzy Ray of Real Happy Space), specially designed to hold their new Downtown Batavia business ornaments.

Participating businesses include: Paula's Couture Consignment, 4½ W. Wilson St., Suite 1; Six + Cypress, 103 E. Wilson St.; Salvaged Heart, 14 N. Island Ave.; 715 Vintage, 715 Main St.; Villa and Farm, 913 E. Wilson St.; Limestone Coffee & Tea, 8 W. Wilson St.; Gun Barrel Coffee Roasters, 2½ W. Wilson St., Suite A3; Special Occasions, 2 N.
