Glenbard East Theatre presents 'Eurydice'

"Eurydice," a modern take on the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, will be presented by Glenbard East Theatre.

The show is about the perfect couple until Eurydice dies on the day of their wedding. Neither accept this and Orpheus travels to the "afterlife" to retrieve his bride.

Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, through Saturday, Nov. 9 in Rider Hall, 1014 S. Main St., Lombard.

Tickets are $8 and may be reserved online at gefinearts.org or by calling (630) 424-6640. They also will be available at the door.

Cast members are Shelby Jenkins, Mickey O'Brien, Maccoy Hartweg, Grace Iovinelli, Mackenna Clayton, Reed Brooks, Dakota Clower, Fiona Bilkey, Lizzy Mazzolini, Emerson Neczek and Katie Pruyn.
